Fingerprinting

The Sheriff's Office offers free fingerprinting services at the Sumter County Detention Center for the following purposes:

  • Concealed Weapons Permit Applications
  • Employment Applications
  • Identity Verification
  • Other Special Circumstances

Please bring a blank fingerprint card and photo identification to the public information lobby and someone will assist you in filling out the information correctly. A trained staff member will then roll your prints.

Fingerprinting Hours: Monday through Friday 11AM - 4PM.
